Thank you for the trust and partnership with Alpha-1 Technical Training & Consulting Services Headed by Sr. Chief Oliver C. Coley, Alpha-1 Executive Director and a Certified NFPA Instructor from the US, in collaboration with Pemstac, and led by a US National Registered Paramedic, Mr. Anthonie Paguio.
The purpose of Alpha-1 is to continue to train each emergency responder, whether an NGO or an individual, especially those who are on the frontlines in each barangay. The importance of training remains for each responder or any accident, especially during disasters.
